MEET AND GREET SERVICE

Arrive at the Dubai International Airport – on entering the terminal building each participant in the conference will be welcomed by the airport representative.  The visas if required will be handed-over and assistance will be provided to speedily clear the group through the immigration procedures. Once passed the passport and visa control, the guests will proceed to the conveyor belt and identify their own luggage. Outside the airport building the airport coordinator will welcome the delegates and escort them to the cars/coaches for the transfer to the required hotel.

 This service will be provided @ USD 15.00 per person

Visas are not required by the following nationals - GCC, France, Italy, Germany, Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Cyprus, Finland, Malta, Spain, Monaco, Vatican City, Iceland, Andorra, San Marino, Liechtenstein, USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Brunei, Singapore, Malaysia & Hong Kong.
