All nationalities, except the following countries, require a visa:

Western European Countries:

UK (British citizens only)

France, Germany, Italy, Holland, Belgium, Luxemburg, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Portugal, Irish, Finland, Spain, Monaco, Vatican, Iceland, Andorra, San Marino, Liechtenstein, Greece.

Other Countries:

USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Brunei, Hong Kong.

To apply for a visa

1. Please fill in the attached Visa form and send it by email to NCC

2. Clear, scanned pages of valid passports and a clear and recent personal photograph (scanned) should accompany the visa form.The photograph and all details on the passport should be clearly readable.
3. The scanned passport pages should contain and confirm the requested information in the form.
4. Make sure you have filled in all the information and also attach scanned copies of the relevant passport pages along with your personal photograph.  Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
5. Those who are registering accompanying person(s), should fill in the name of and relationship to the accompanying person(s) on their application form, at the same time, they must submit a separate application for each accompanying person together with copies of their passport pages.  These applications should all be submitted together.
6. A separate application form must be submitted for each individual.
7. An amount of USD 10.00 per applicant will be charge for the collection of individual Visa information and coordination with the Department of Immigration. 
8. Thursdays, Fridays and holidays are non working days in the UAE.
9. Visas requests will only be processed if they are accompanied by a hotel booking and payment;
10. Applications for visas should be submitted as early as possible but not later than 1 October 2006.
11. Visas depend on the immigration rules at the time of application.
12. Those who don’t have a credit card should directly contact NCC to discuss an alternative payment method.
13. Please note that email is the preferred mode of receiving visa applications.
14. If you have difficulty in sending email, then you can send the application by courier directly to NCC; the mailing address is given in the visa application form.Please note that this will however take a longer time.
15. Those who are sending their applications by courier should ensure that they are delivered not later than 1 October 2006.
16. Applications by courier must be accompanied by clear photocopies of valid passport pages and three recent photographs of the applicant.
17. Faxed applications will not be accepted.
18. Those who cannot apply for a visa before 1 October 2006 should contact NCC.
